Production and supply

If clients request particular services, Silicon Radar will take over coordination, manufacturing and assembly service so that we can offer the whole range of production services from a single source - starting from the photomask production up to nitrogen storage.

Your products will be manufactured and measured in production runs of our technology partner IHP. The chips will be packaged by partners and delivered to you within a high quality matching process. Depending on circuit concept QFN packages or FlipChip technology is available. Silicon Radar takes on the task to coordinate the process and to act as the sole representative for your questions regarding manufacturing.

The main technology partner of Silicon Radar is IHP-Innovations for High Performance Microelectronics - with its world-class SiGe BiCMOS technologies. IHP offers a range of low cost technologies with high performance for very high frequencies for system-on-chip applications.
