RF / Microwave Designer
D01/2010

We are looking for an experienced Analog RF / Microwave Designer.

• The applicant must have extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the design of integrated circuits in silicon-based technologies, especially for RF integrated circuits at frequencies above 10 GHz.
• Experience in the use of advanced simulation tools, layout design and verification tools is reqired (ADS, Catena).
• Knowledge of fundamentals in semiconductor technologies and fabrication processes is required.
